    Clutch chatter. Help!

At idle, lots of chatter but as soon as I rev slightly or press the clutch, it goes away. What gives? Engine idles smoothly, but it sounds like shit. Sounds like it's coming from right under the shifter. Clutch doesn't feel like it's slipping. Shifter feels notchy, but I think that's a thing with these?

That's not clutch chatter but transmission chatter and it's normal in the E30; ie, they all do that.

Try a different transmission fluid, if you used redline mtl before try royal purple 75w90, etc.
