M20 Stroker ECU and harness question?

Hi guys, I did my research but cannot find what I'm looking for. I found out that the E34 535i harness is similar to the late E30 M20b25 harness. I even found out that people can use the M20b25 harness in a m30b35 swapped E30. (note: I completed my M30 swapped into an E30 in 2012.) Now I am looking to stroke the m20b27, why? because I have all the main parts just sitting around including a few M30b35 harnesses and ECUs.

My question is can I use the M30b35 harness and its' ECU on the M20 stroker? I'll be using 19 lbs injectors, and M30 AFM. Thanks

So it looks like the M30 harness is a little tricky but it can work. I just found an old b25 harness that I will use. I might try to use the 179 ECU to see if it works.

I suspect the motronic 1.3 harness is the same as from experience, bmw tended to only change things like TPS, AFM and coils, crank sensor, coolant temp sensors, etc depending on the different types of injection system used. For the most part there only seems to be an early and a late when it comes to lots of these parts, so I wouldn't be surprised at all to find out the M30 loom will fit on an M20 if both are running the same motronic versions.

ECU's are different though as im pretty much positive the voltage output/swing of the M30 AFM is different.
