    How do I remove these?

So currently I'm working on removing the head of my e30 because the dude I bought my e30 from said it had a blown head gasket. This is my first time working on a bmw and I have been mostly using the internet for help. Right now I'm stuck. I don't now how to remove these things but I need them gone so I can remove the head. The Car is a 1989 325i

First thing I'm stuck on is what I think to be the fuel line. Im not sure if it is but either way I have no idea on how to remove it. Image

Second Is this black cap thing. I have no idea what it is but it looks to be electrical.

    Please help

1st picture underneath the intake manifold is for the injector harness. You hold the bottom base and turn it counterclockwise wise.

The 2nd picture is a c101, it's use is for diagnostic port. Check engine scanner, resetting oil service light

What he said^. Disconnect the c101 by unscrewing the bolt holding it to the intake.

Are you sure the car has a bad headgasket, you don't sound too positive.

No one makes this car anymore. The government won't allow them, normal people won't buy them. So it's up to us: the freaks, the weirdos, the informed. To buy them, to appreciate them, and most importantly, to drive them.

Also make sure the timing belt is no due. 4years/60k miles for that.

Stop. Download a e30 manual or look up the diy on pelican parts r3v or google it. Your engine is the m20b25. No sense in pulling it apart if your going to try and reverse engineer everything back together if you can't identify the basics of the harness/engine. It won't go back together right. Not knocking your hustle. But one 5hr session with a pie from your fav pizza joint will help you more then posting about which one is the fuel line [emoji1419][emoji848]
