M20 ETA Main Cap & Rod Torque and Gap Specs?

Can anyone tell me what the:

Torque and rod/ main bearing specs are for a red crankshaft ?

I believe the torques specs are:
Main bolts 42-46 LB
Rods 14LB + 70degrees


Bearing gap: .0012 - .002?


I found a good guide somewhere a few weeks ago but I cant seem to trace back to it.

main caps are 60Nm (44ft-lb)

rods 5Nm-20Nm-70*
