    Cps problem?

Car cranks but won't start, replaced the main relay and blue coolant temp sensor. Tested the cps resistance and I got a reading of 473, from my understanding it's supposed to be from 540 to 600, could this be my problem?

Yes. it's 550+/-10% so that CPS is out of spec. Even if it's not the issue, you need to replace it to eliminate potential issues.

Yup I guess it wouldn't hurt to replace it anyway!
