injector #2 not working

i recently installed a rebuilt eta engine with new injectors in my 86 325e and after i got running i noticed piston #2 wasn't firing so i checked for spark and did a resistance test on the injector like it says in the repair manual i do not know what to do at this point.

Swap the injector to say cylinder 5, and see if cylinder 5 now doesn't fire to confirm its the injector is stuffed.

Then remove all of them and get them professional cleaned and flow tested. hopefully its just clogged and needs cleaning.
