    Oil cooler adpater removal

Hi, I see that many of you have removed the oil cooler and installed the 11 112140435 pipe joint. Does anyone know do I need any kind of gasket/seal to screw the pipe joint to the block?

    Thanks

No gasket there. Just make sure to replace the thinner o-ring on the oil filter housing itself.

^^^not needed when converting to the eta filter setup. The only seal you need will come on the filter and seals right against the block. The tube just gets screwed tight to the oil passage.
