84 ETA Head gasket - Which Size?

I've got an 84 ETA that i'm replacing the Head gasket on. I see the 1.75 and the +.030. I remember reading something a while ago that said I needed to pull the head gasket and figure out which my car came with, and then buy that. However, I am unable to find that reference any more.

So - Which do I need? 1.75 or the +0.30 gasket?

Edit: Wanted to add - The head has never been machined.

I believe the +.030 is for machined cylinder heads. I would recommend getting your cylinder head surfaced, usually they only remove a few thousandths.

There are dimples on the face of the head so you can see how it's been machined. If they are still visible you should be ok w a stock HG which is all I've ever used after machining the head.
