remove oil filter block?

I have oil leaks coming from around the filter block, but not the oil cooler.

How do you remove the filter block itself so I can replace the seals. Should also make putting my new control valve gasket back on a lot easier I would imagine.

Just remove the large bolt in the center of the block.
