no fuel going to the cyl.; no spark going to the cyl; both of the above not going to the cyl at proper time; no air going to the cyl; all of the above is missing at the same time or one of the above is missing

Long list of things that will prevent a car from starting. Have you checked all the fuses? Are the fuel pumps running? Pull the spark plugs, are they wet? Are you getting spark?

Sorry, no easy answers, process of elimination. I believe Bavauto and Pelican Parts both have no start guides.
