Can anyone point me in the right direction or help me find out if an "I" cam will work in a "ES" or does anyone know? cuz i cant really find a link/thread...

you need:
extra oil journals drilled like the B25 head (it's a 7 bearing cam)
dual valve springs
new rockers
a chip for a raised redline or a B25 computer -
an early eta head has the proper spring seats as does the later the super eta. some eta's have different spring seats that do not allow for an inner spring.
but the big thing is getting the oil journals machined.

oh ok, yeah mines just the eta (86)es
yeah i got the I cam and the dual springs so i should be set. the guy thats doing the head work for me is also going to drill the other oil journals :)
ill post some pics after i get the head back is should be tomm or so :)Comment
