Oil leak from exhaust manifold stud?

Looks like I have a leak from the rear manifold stud. Anyone else have this issue?

Has the head been rebuilt? That's where the oil goes when the valve seals are leaky - drips down the inside of the port and seeps out the stud hole.

No it hasn’t. Do I need to pull the head to replace the valve seals?

It is possible to do with the head on if you fill each cylinder with shop air as you work on it, but without removing the rocker arm I imagine it's a real pain, if not impossible on some valves. In my opinion, it's not worth taking the head off for valve stem seals alone. I let a lot slide, though.
