M20 Short Block

How much does it weight, and does anyone know if it will fit in the back of an e30. Jst the block without any harness/accessories and Head?

It should fit if its just a block. I would guess it weighs about 175 with the crank shaft, rods, and pistons.

Should be light enough for two guys to carry if that's what you're wondering.

block is 45 kg bare
crank is around 20-25kg

it is possible to carry a block, crank, rods, pistons, head, timing covers, sump, harmonic balancer, pulleys, flywheel, water pump, oil pump etc with 2 people.

the block assembled with crank, rods and pistons, int shaft easily fits in the boot and is easily lifted in and out unless you are a girl.
