    ASS-u-ming that it was heat treat failure. I say it was a stiff rocker shaft issue...otherwise, it would have obvious damage on at least one of the other valves, instead of all looking perfect except for the two valves we had a hell of a time getting the rockers off.

    The two that the rockers would not rotate easily on...

      Not a bit. I'd put money on the reason for the failure being incorrect valve lash. Though it still could be a seized rocker bearing on the shaft... The chances of a broken rocker ruining all of the valves are slim to none. Why do you post on stuff like this when you don't know what the F you're talking about?

        Make sure to replace your headbolts too. You should not be running the old hex style headbolts.
