plug wires

hey guys...i need to replace my plug wires badly...what i'm wondering is which ones are the best? i've heard alot of mixed opinions about them...which are the best? bavauto's, ie, stock, or others? i'm open to all suggestions...thanks!!

plug wires don't make a big difference. get the best quality you can for the lowest price.

If I remember correctly IE's wires cost about the same as stock. That said, you might as well go with IE's stuff.

well the reason i'm questioning is because bavauto's are supposed to be 8mm wires, and ie's are 7mm...that said though i've heard rumors that bavauto's wont work right with our cars for some reason...if that could be explained...and if there isn't going to be that much difference then i'm prolly going to go with ies stuff...

IE says the 8mm wires wont work on the cars using the #6 cylinder sensor wire. Thats why they went back to 7mm. I have been using the IE wires for 3 weeks now and they work perfectly fine for me. bought them at flying brick performance.

it doesn't matter if they are 7 or 8mm really, but that's BS. the bavauto wires come with the sensor wire and it seems to work just fine..

I run nearly new bav auto wires and they only cost me my competitors autocross fee for two events;)
