I have a 325 IS 1990. It's bone stock, which ecu does it use?
173?
And what is the proper way to find out, pull out the ecu and look for the the barcode?

Yes, 173.

The easiest way is to open the glovebox and look at the label.

it's not neccesarily a 173. there is also a 380, 524, 525 and 526. they're all motronic 1.3 - but the only way to find out which one you have is to take the cover off the glove box and look.

It was 173. Got it chipped with mark d chip.
