        unplug OBC relay (or plug it in)... sounds like a factory fuel cut, that maybe got cut or tapped into while bypassing the neutral safety switch

            i was losing ground, somehow my fuel pump was getting weak ground first, so i rewired it, then the ECU became a weak ground to the fuel pump relay, I'm still figuring it out, ECU checked out good as I plugged it in into another car, so I'm checking wires and grounds all over.

              damn it, I was going to say check your grounds. That's my favorite electrical answer.

              The bass knob doesn't work and my left headlight is out = you gotta bad ground!
