    ahhhhhh

well i put the new tranny in my 325e and a clutch kit and i go to bleed the master cylinder and the slave cylinder and at first i was getting no back preasure on my clutch pedal and after i still have no back preasure...well i was looking in the bentley and it said that the bottom of the clutch pedal should be about 10 inches from the fire wall and mine is only about 7, then i read on and it said that there is an ajuster on the master cylinder so i was looking at that and mine doesnt have a threaded rod for adjustment...so basically my question is how far away is your clutch pedal from your firewall?, and does anyone have an adjuster on the top of your master cylinder?...also if you all have the same shit as me what do you think it could be?, i just replaced the slave! and i am going to be pissed if i have to replace the master cylinder! Thanks

Either the master cylinder is still full of air, of its seals are bad. If you don't get air from the slave when using a pressure bleeder, you need a new master cylinder.
The car makes it possible, but the driver makes it happen.

so i did some more bleeding tonight and its getting stiffer and doesnt push in as much so its looking better...so i was wondering if it makes a difference of the motor is on?, like weather or not the clutch will fully engage...i know that sounds dumb and its not like that on any of my other vehicles but ya never know! Thanks
