hey guys. im trying to do something with my car but i really cant decide. in the long run what would be a better idea to do. budget isnt really a problem for me but im not looking to spend 40 grand on it. i was kinda leaning to keeping the m20.. can somebody give me some advice?

keep the m20 if you don't mind yearly maintenance, engine noise and 12V,,, and put the S52 if you want quiet worry free 200+hp reliability( may take some extra time but you willllll not regret it)Last edited by kenika65; 06-07-2008, 12:55 PM.

If you want the most out of FI definitely go s52.

To answer the question at hand. I would rebuild the m20 and buy a stage 2 turbo kit from TCD for 5 grand. Its a boxy, rough on the edges old bimmer... a noisy turbo m20 will be perfect.
