Another Oil pressure light thread

I've search alot in diffrent forums but didnt find the help i need.

2 or 3 weeks ago my oil pressure light cames on. here's the fact:

- Manual 325I 91 with 320 000 km
- i made a headgasket rebuilt 3000km ago
- I made a Water pump replacement 100km ago
- I had lots of coolant leak( pump and hoses) before the water pump replacement
- The light came on as soon i've parked the car in the garage for the water pump replacement


What i did to solve this issues

- Change oil pressure switch
- Seafomed the engine ( 40% vaccum, 30% oil, less than 20% in the gaztank)
- Made oil change 75 km after the doing the seafoam treatment
-Reset service light, unplug and replug the battery

Some little thing you want to know

-Its seems to always have enough oil in the head.
- I run the care for at least 100km since the oil pressure light is on.
-Idle is around 600 or 700 and is steady

The oil pressure light still on after doing all of this.

I dont think the oil pump is faulty since i ran the car fo 100km and nothing happens. Also everytime i look in the head (without oil cap on) everything seems well lube. Even is the car hasnt run for like 1 weeks everything llooks ok in the head after turning on the car.

What should i look for ?

The correct action at this point is to temporarily replace the oil pressure warning switch with a gauge and find out what the oil pressure is. If it is in fact low, the possible causes must be investigated. Those include a too light weight of an oil, clogged or collapsed filter, failing oil pump, or worn engine.
