I pulled the intake manifold off the car last night after work to polish the thing up, give it a sweet metal look. However,
when i had removed the intake gaskets they didn't match up with the port on the block or the port on the manifold.
I snapped a few pictures to post up,

You'll have to notice what got me concerned. The dark outline on the gasket is whats been blocking flow into the engine,
this gasket is sandwiched only 2 inches from the intake valve. Im thinking this is an incorrect gasket design and may be
causing loss of acceleration and top speed horsepower.
So much grease buildup in front of the gasket, all up in the intake pipes. And I know this is affecting the fuel/air flow into the cylinders.
Anyone ever noticed this shit before?
