Whirring at 2-3k, and Sticky Tach

My car has been making a whirring at 2-3k on the driver side when in motion both in gear and in neutral. Through searching I thought it may have been my FWB or a lazy caliper, but it doesn't match up with what they're symptoms were. If I turn either way it doesn't go away. So I've ruled out the FWB. Braking seems fine so I doubt its a lazy caliper.

Anyways I did a valve adjustment and replaced the spark plugs a few weeks ago and it felt like a whole new machine. I thought it would go away, but it didn't. After the valve adjustment when I start my car it seems theres about a .5-1 second delay from when my car starts to when the tach starts to work. Then it works as usual.

Ideas as to what it could be? I'm going insane.

Whirring on drivers side is deffinatly a wheel bearing. Have someone drive and sit in the back and see if its louder.
