What are all the sensors required for Motronic 1.3?

So I am doing a 2.7i build. Have everything except a 325i intake manifold and throttlebody, But I will find one soon enough hopefully..

I got my 1.3 harness and ECU and I don't know what half the things plug into...

Is there a diagram somewhere which shows you where you can plug every connection into, or what they are supposed to go into?

There are like 5 or 6 3-pin connections I can't figure out either. I know where 2 go , 1 to the ICV and 1 to the TPS. What else am I missing??

if I'm not forgetting something, there's 11 connections. temp sensor, temp sender, ICV, impulse sensor, coil negative, VR sensor, purge canister, AFM, oil pressure switch, TPS, and O2. easy as pie! the only ones that are required to run the car are the VR, temp sensor, coil negative and AFM (it will even run without the AFM, just very poorly).

Then if it is an early harness the injectors are on the main harness, but that is probably obvious.

          Sweet.

What are the ones by the diagnostic plug for? Are they for the CPS and #6 pickup?

The two right below the diag are the cps, close one and the cylinder signal, far one. The oil sensor wire is the longest on the harness and wraps around the front of the engine next to the cps wire. The cylinder signal route over the top of the timing belt cover and down to the plug by the diag plug.

Ok yup I know the oil pressure one, that one is the most obvious.

What about the oil pressure switch? Where my alternator connections are it has just a 3pin connector coming out where the 2pin oil level sender one would be?

On my harness the oil level sender had the 2 pin round plug, It is the green and white wire you can see in the photo. Yes it comes out right where the alt wires are.

Yep I know, Every loom I have had, had only a 2-wire circle connector. The one coming out for this one is a 3pin rectangle one as would plug into the ICV or TPS etc. Weird.

Look closely at the pins on the connector, Are there two terminals or three? Check your dealer and see if any level sensors have this plug.
