    buzzing ICV when car is off.

    My ICV is buzzing when the key is in the Off position. I swapped to another ICV, and to another ECU and its still buzzing.

    any ideas?

      Maybe you have a bad main relay?
      -OVULATOR (as named by jflip2002)

              yep - it means it's getting power, and it also means your ECU is getting power.
