What you described in you last post could be a fuel delivery problem, a bad AFM, a bad CPS, or something affecting power to the DME. Since the CEL flashed, there should be a stored code in the DME. have that read out and see if it helps point to a cause.

The fuel system tests are in the Bentley manual and aren't difficult to perform.

A procedure for testing the AFM can be found at http://frwilk.com/944dme/afm.htm

The best test of the CPS is to swap in a known good or new part.

I did a stomp test and 1444 came back. So it is not storing it in the computer. I pulled the plugs which were all cover in gas. I have ordered a new Bremi cap and rotor from Pelican as well as a new coolant temp sensor. The car just had a new FPR thrown at it less than 20k ago and a new fuel filter before this all started. I was trying to get away with some crap Duralst cap and rotor, probley my issue. I will be working on the car this holiday weekend and do the tested you have outlined for me. Thanks again and I will keep you posted.
