2.7i conversion questions

I will be starting my 2.7i conversion in the next week or two. My car currently has a stock 2.7 motor with 215,000+ miles. The conversion will be happening on a stock 2.7 motor with 115,000+ that I bought for $150. I have most of the parts needed for the swap. I plan on doing more the just the 173 ecu and intake manifold conversion but I don't plan on swapping heads, just the cam & springs from the I motor. I have a few questions before I start though.
1. I know that the 2.7 head needs to have 3 oil channels added, but is there any other head work needed? Does anyone have pictures of before and after of a 2.7 head reworked for the I cam? I am located in Lancaster, pa, can anyone recommend a near by shop to do the work?
2. Are the cam gears for the "e" & "I" cams the same? If not can I still use the "e" cam gear?
3. I have read that some people have swapped the relays when doing this conversion, is this necessary? I have seen some people listed this in their conversion thread and others haven't.
3. Do I need to swap my 2.7 pulleys for the 2.5 pulleys?
Any other hints or advice for completing the swap are gladly accepted. Thank you for your help.

Why not swap the heads? The 885 head has larger ports.

Too use the I front crank sprocket for the CPS you have to swap all i pulleys.

The eta head needs needs to be drilled just like an I head so best bet would be to let the shop have both heads so they can see exactly how it should be. Any real machine shop should have no problem drilling the holes or even figuring out where to drill them.

Same cam gears.

As for the relays what year and model harness are you planning on using and what year and model is your eta?

thanks for the responses so far. I have read through the thread linked above. In it some people completely swap the head and others don't. However i do recall people discussing the shape of the piston heads and their relation to the head and the different compression ratios created. I figure that the safest route for me to take, would be to keep the "e" pistons with the "e" head. Now unlike some of the people who posted in that thread i was not able to fine a cheap parts car for the swap. I have been purchasing the parts from other forum members. I have purchased the "i" cam only not the complete head, so the option of taking a "e" head and a "i" head to a shop for reference would mean i would have to purchase a "i" head as well (I would prefer not to have to buy a "i" head). As for the relays the original car is a 85, the motor i plan to do the swap on is an 84, but i am not sure what year the car was that the ecu/ wiring harness came from. I bought the ecu & wiring harness from R3V member: "Showstopper".
