Anyone here Boosted with stock internals??--Whats your set-ups

I am just curious if anyone is boosted with stock internals and if they are adequate for 7-8lbs. Please let me know your set ups

Not that I have a boosted anything at the moment.... but...

If it is a m20 then most people boost without changing internals. Maybe a HG and studs but 7-8psi is not very much so you shouldn't need to do anything.

Also depends on inter cooling....EMS...etc etc etc

It really has all been done so do a couple searches and start reading....a lot has been covered already.

stock m20 is a good base for boost.
      especially good for blowers.
1 bar is easy to manage in terms of longevity.

8-10 PSI all day and I've run 12 PSI with no problems. I'm putting about 240 horse/ 240 tq. to the ground.

The engine had 284,000 miles on it when it first saw positive manifold pressure. Only "internal" mod is Metric Blue head bolts. Fuel management is your secret to success.
