Where does this go?

Looks like it's for the evap system. Where does the missing hose go?

That's what I suspected. Must be a purge valve.

Okay, something else. There are two leads next to the oil level sensor. One looks like a ground cable, what is the other lead for? I circled the other end of the suspected ground in green.

It appears someone moved the engine ground from the oil pan to the block and left the old ground wire on the pan and clipped the end.
