What valve springs are you guys using. I plan on getting stiffer valve springs and want to know what brand and cost effected springs are being used. Also are aluminum rockers necessary or are IE's heavy duty rockers good enough. I have a stock m20b25 and plan to turbo it using mostly stock internals such as stock pistons but want to beef up the top. I also plane to get studs and a mls gasket. Plan to turbo at 10-15 psi and maybe occasionally hit higher in races. I want to be able to rev to redline. What else do you suggest to upgrade. I really want to do pistons but am not able to pull the motor at this time. I know all this could go in the FI forum but I need some answers. I also need to know about oil filter and cooler relocation or can I get around this. Gonna get a bumper mount intercooler.

You won't start getting valve float until like 7200rpm or something close to that with the stock I dual valve springs. I mean look at all those people with chipped cars where the redline is bumped to 6900 rpm, they work fine.

Well thats what I was planning on doing mls gasket arp studs new rockers and then turbo it. That should be able to hold 10-15 psi right???? Not driving it real hard every second.
I know this is off topic but my car has a eta radiator in it. (87 325is) What is the differences in the radiators??? Like the extra sensor on top. I believe its lighter but does it cool as well???

I have another question for you guys. When I get the mls which thickness you think I should get. You think I should get a bit thicker to lower the cr a little for 10-15psi??? In the future if the car holds together pretty good I will upgrade the pistons.Comment
