    Looks like you have a heater valve issue.

      Heater valve and/or the pipe o-rings seems to have failed. Might as well replace the heater core while you're in there as it's apart and accessible. The valve may be able to be fixed with a new o-ring.

      It's not a hard job and replacing the heater valve and core should only take an hour. Dash can stay in place - just remove the knee kick panel. There are a few DIYs out there and I have photos of it in my thread: https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/for...07#post9927307

        Or the heater core itself, but more likely the valve, the pipe, or one of the gaskets.
