    M52 B28 OBD1 Converted Swap into 87 325is Wiring question C101 to X20

    At this point... I have C101 Pins 2,10,12, & 16 not connected to the X20, and pins 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 10,11, 16, and 17 from the X20 not connected.

It seems like on the X20 4,5, and 6... are A/C related 4 (Compressor Control), 5 (A/C pressure switch), 6 (On Input signal)… so I assume that these would be wired into the counterparts on the E30 as they are wired to the A/C compressor and pressure switch (not sure of the difference between compressor control # 4 and on input signal # 6)... I do want A/C... so I know there are more considerations as far as lines and hardware... but for now just want to understand how these wires should be connected and from where.

I am also questioning specifically those orphaned wires from the C101 that are oil level related. My front sump pan is scheduled to come in tomorrow and I saw that it has a sensor on it... should these be wired in someway? Specifically 2. and 10 from the C101.

Can anyone please give me any information regarding these (at this time) orphaned wires?

    Thank you in advance.
