    go to the junk yard and get ANY m30 harness that's complete. I am running a harness from an automatic and it's fine. I'm just not using the automatic bits. I got mine frmo the JY for $30. Trust me it's easier.

    I tried the m20 harness, and it didn't run for shit. Probably my fault all along, but I'd rather have a true plug and play system then have to cut and lengthen.

    I see what ur saying jean, now if i were to get another harness would it have to be from an manual m30 or it doesn't matter

    It's not EASIER to use an e30 harness, think about it, the e32/e34 harness is MEANT for the m30, no wire cutting/extending needed like with the e30. Plus, e32/e34 harness looks cleaner.

    this is all i have that came with the m30 motor (talking about the harness) which should be the first pic the rest are just misc. thats why i prefer to use the e30 wire harness because i already have everything for it nd i heard that its a lot easier to work with

    I am using good nd tight mounts, fits perfectly nd yes i did the same as george graves took off the insulation nd beat the living hell out of the firewall, i have about 1/2 -1 inch left for the motor to slide back

    i started to us the m30 harness but realized that the place i bought the motor from ripped off some wires so all i have is the injector box nd wires
    can i still use it or just stick to the e30 harness

    if you can use an m30 harness, do it. I found it to be MUCH easier to use.
