    m30 turbo redo!

I had a 91 BMW 325IS. unfortunately I was not satisfied with the power.
In a means to enhance the power I did a M30B35 swap. While running the car a cotter key fell into the intake manifold and surprisingly enough did not hit the valve. I decided to resurface everything and turbo it.
    The First Set up:
745I turbo manifold machine for T3 flange
    Garrett GT35R 1.06 exhaust housing
    23x7 inter cooler
Miller turbo package 36lb injectors 4in MAF War chip.
    Dyno:
    256 HP
    365TQ

Eventually I got an exhaust leak with the 745i turbo manifold...
So I decided to change a couple things.

    New parts:
    Good&tite turbo manifold
Head studs and thicker head gasket
    non inter cooled
    water injection

    38mm Wastegate.

Bottom mounted 35r with 745i turbo manifold

Good&tite Turbo manifold (very nice by the way! highly recommended!)

    Wait, you made 260hp with a gt35r?

You may want to rethink your turbo choice unless you are going for at least twice that.
    paint sucks

Small inter cooler is why my hp was lacking.

I am going with no inter cooler now for no restriction.

but ya that is a good option. how much are you making?

I would keep the intercooler and move the TB to other side of the intake manifold to make the piping easier to route.
Need a Turbo manifold? We have them in stock- Click here---> http://rapidspoolindustries.com/

I'd don't know much about turbo's, but I think deleting your fmic isn't such a great idea
              Intercooler=colder air
              colder air=denser concentration of oxygen
              more oxygen=more hp etc etc...
Have you thought of upgrading to a bigger fmic?

                I ran 319whp 335wtq no inner cooler @10
I was useing for DD but if you are going for power
Good & Tight is right by moveing the tb to the other side makes it easy for 2.5-3" pipe and bigger innercooler you should be happer with that any way.
                have you used water injection?
