    m30 without fuel

I have a problem with my build, the engine turns on the starter but is not getting fuel.
    This is what I have so far;

-Pin 7 has power when key is turned on and when starting
-pump relay has 2 red +, de green wires don't get power when starting/key on, when putting the brown to earth the relay does click.
-Fuse 11 has no power, ever
    -Injectors have power
-pin 15 from engine cable connected to ground gives fire...not doing that again.
-no 'humming' in the enginebay when turning the key
-ECU has got power, instruments/lights/fan etc work
Any ideas why the pump doesn't get any spark?
I also changed the two connectors for crankshaftsensor and sparkplug, no effect.

What year? Have you tried bypassing the obc relay box under the dash?

Sorry, thought I posted more info.

It's a 1986 325i, with the big round engine connector
        1988/89 e34 m30
m20 1988 engineloom, becaus of the lambda

What OBC relay under the dash?
If the crankshaft position sensor is not good, will that cause it not to start? The sensor did work in the e34.

If crank sensor is bad then that will definitely not let it start. I used the crank sensor from my m20 with the m30 and it works fine. there are two differnt types of round plug m20 harnesses, early and late. I tried using the early one with my 89 325 and i wasnt getting voltage or too little voltage to certain areas. Ended up using the harness from the 89 325 with very little modifications.

Pin 9 on the engine plug is only for the cockpit instrument right, or is that the crank position wire for the controlunit?
I connected it to the 3-plug in the glovecompartiment, maybe that's the mistake I made(?)

There's also no spark on the plugs.

Meassured the crank sensor, it's ok.
I'm getting a bit frustrated here...
Wha I'm not sure about; pin 8 on the engine plug is used, on the car-end it is not.
This should be the idle speed to the DME, on the motronic it's pin 4 and 22.
What to do with pin 8?

Still trying to figure this out.
On the Motronic conector the following have power in 'ON':
                  1
                  4
                  5
                  13
                  16
                  17
                  18
                  22
                  23(weak)
                  27
                  37
According to my drawings, the engine should start... Am I missing something here?
Haven't received another crank sensor yet.

The engineloom was faulty, replaced it but no start.
After my headache cleared up I got myself an other Motronic and it fired right up :p
                    Problem solved, finally.
