How to: S54 into E30??

Hi

I found a s54 engine with harness, ecu and tranny included. The price is very very very cheap ($1,400) But I think everything I need to install it properly would be a lot of $$$ for a stock engine with 86,000 miles on it that I dont know the conditions.


The question is how much would be the cost of installing the S54 on my e30?

Or

My mechanic have a S50 that I can install on my car in exchange for the S54. I have to buy the S54 for him and I have to buy the regrind cams and higher compression pistons for the s50 and he will install it for free S50 0 miles with Higher compression pistons, cams, tuning, intake and headers on my car but I dont know what way to go.
