Engine start and then die immediately issue

Yes I've searched already, but can't pin point the issue all together.

    Here's the problem:

Every day on a fresh start where the car hasn't been driven since the day before my car dies immediately after I turn the ignition. Usually the takes 2-3 times before it fires right up. It revs up really high and then begins to start idling normally. Also I've noticed just today when I started to drive for a flash of a sec it wanted to feel like it wanted to bog and die. Finally when the engine is still cold within the first 5-10 or so I drive the car everytime I shift the "check engine" light comes on and goes off.

I'm not sure all together what it might be. When I have purchased the vehicle the mechanic shop have gave me a copy of all the work they've done and they're pretty much did a full inspection and maintanence on it.

What could it be guys? o2 sensor, spark plugs, fuel filter? what is it?

I'd start by looking for vacuum leaks.

Without you telling us what car you have, let alone what engine... its really hard to say. We aren't mind readers, not even me.

we're trying to help you. What year is the car? Model? 325? 318?

A guy here has similar problems, some suggested it was ignition related, and one said it could be a fuel problem. When has the fuel filter or fuel pump last been replaced or checked?

          here's the thread:
          318is -gone-
