    Power from your M30B35

What is a safe bore to bore the engine in the event I need to get new pistons I am gonna bore it. If I can use the current pistons then I'll just hone it. The engine will not be seeing any f/I at all btw. But if I am to bore it what is a safe bore for this engine.

Im Curious what power people are seing out of there M30B35. Stock i see these produce 211HP. What im doing is getting the Bimmerheads Head for it IE exhaust manifold, Miller Performance MAF/W.A.R chip conversion. No catalytic converter just a Magnaflow Muffler. Im guessing ill be looking at maybe 235-240 hp i could be wrong but i think given what ill be doing its a good guess.
Dose anyone have a similar set up and if so what are your numbers?

We still got them at the group buy pricing.

This is the updated version (ignore that it has no mounting holes, this was a custom version at a customers request).

Unlike other versions out, these are beautifully tig welded, clear headers and are more affordable. Let us know if you would like a set!

Those are great looking mounts, good price compared to the ones I sell.
You guys should consider adding another position hole.

Going on Monday to get a m30 what do I need to pull the engine from the transmission. I can easily pull it from the frame. But the transmission I'm not sure. In mine it's a star bolt is it the same on the transmission with the m30.

get you a set of torx sockets, metric sizes. Since you want a b35, don't get one that has traction control. They have a different tps connector and are just easier to work with and allow the use of the m20 harness if you choose that route. Massage the firewall especially the top side of the tunnel and the passenger side behind where the head would go.

Okay I have a set of those so I'm good then. And yeah I've read about the slight firewall modification. I'll be careful when installing this thing I don't want a ugly mess. Thanks again for the info.

Run some good mounts, I've gone through 3-4 sets of oem m20 mounts with my b35 swap.

                            Score!

I went with the Condor mounts, they feel pretty damn tough to me.

Thanks for that I'll look into them when I'm ready to drop the engine in.

So apparently I was lucky enough to get an engine that I don't have to beat the fire wall if I don't want to. My question is can I mount a fan on this engine or do I have to go electronic fan? Is there enough room? To help here is what I'm doing. I'm using a Mishimoto e36 radiator, garagistic mounts, and a getrag 265.
