      awesome!
      what mounts are you using?

you're going to likely need to bash in that firewall a little bit...

        trans/shifter/driveshaft?

Working on a workable combination for mine.
        Good luck on the swap!

Not sure who made the mounts they came with the swap. where does the firewall need adjustment?

I believe that the trans is out of a E28 535i and I have read the 325 drive shaft will work. The shifter is a short shifter not sure of the make. Working on the engine bay now cleaning it up and painting it black, then comes the fun of gettting everything to fit.

Did some cleaning of the engine bay today and cut the radiator suports and bent them down.

Wow.. that was a real cut to commercial kind of break. Fill us in on the details.

How did you support the rad at the bottom? Firewall bashing.. massaging.. or none? Issues along the way? Wiring?

Little bit of fire wall massaging the biggest problem for me was I had the transmission support backwards and and spent a day before figuring out

Alot of wiring diagnosis which was all fine. Ended up being that the battery had enough of a charge to turn over well but not enough for the sensors to start
