    M30 Swap Shift Carrier

Any other options other than shortening the factory carrier? I'd prefer not to have to cut and weld it. I've heard of using an e24 carrier? Not of the dimensions though.

I'm using the 265/5 gearbox (removable bellhousing), and it sits way too far back. The shifter cup is sitting around 3-4 inches back. The stock carrier doesn't even fit in the space.

Yes I should have. Is there a shorter shift carrier from a different model?

Cut and weld. It's not hard just make straight cuts!

Have you made a purchase from www.blunttech.com recently?

You will have to cut and weld the e24 unit anyway (the steel plate type)
