SHO V6 would be a very cool swap.

I'm very partial to a 13b renesis swap on the e30. That would be very cool too.

Call me crazy but i've thought about the fa20 "engine from the subaru brz" its flat but a 2.0 that revs up to the moon and LOVES to make power... I wish i had the funds to make it happen

I think you can flip the manifolds around.

A more realistic option would be the Yamahammer Taurus SHO V6. Bolts up to a ranger transmission for RWD application and capable of 8500RPM stock. Ford only limited the revs to 7200RPM because their accessories couldn't survive at higher RPM. 400lb/180kg stock but around 350lb/160kg in stripped down race trim.

Yamaha OX66. Don't ask me how to make it work though.

Nah - happy with the M30 - too reliable to mess with too much - just thinking it was a swap that hadn't been done & would likely be reliable :)

If you want an interesting read of the 2.3L turbo Commodore that never was, check this out -

Would have gone ahead had Detroit not stepped in (as always).

Oof! That Gallo engine seems to be not very common even in the US equivalent. Mitsubishi Montero?

Gallo 12 is better for handling though as it's much lighter.

1uzfe is a very quick revving, reliable, and beautifully sounding engine.
