-TCD= turbo charging dynamics. There manifold is about $600 I think. I don't think anyone has used this manifold in an e30 m30 yet.
-Cartech is an older company, but is slowly coming back. I emailed them asking about the setup and they only offer the manifold right now, which is $500.
-The 745i manifold is limited to the turbo and wastegate. The k27 turbo (stock turbo on the 745i) is the only one that will fit the manifold. Two wastegates were offered: a 6psi and 10psi. You can get the turbo rebuilt to give you more performance, but that will cost $$.
Custom is what many guys do, especially if it is going in an e30. This is your best bet for maximum flexibility and performance. If you are handy with a welder, you could fab up a manifold with some weld-els. This is the route I will be taking. You can set it up for any turbo/wastegate you choose.
