I got the shell.

and ill be picking up a 89 635 motor this week.
Along with a E32 oil pan.

Waiting for Mr funk to get back about the Motor mounts,and driveshaft.

What harness/ecu/headers do i need???????

E32 headers
You can use a late-model e30 harness, or the harness out of the 635. Use the ECU that's in the 635.

You can use the getrag 265, 260/5, and 260/6.

what year is the shell???
e32 headers will fit best with an existing e30 exhaust, you'll still need to do some cutting and welding.
you'll need an e28 535 rad

i think before i go any further you need to go do alot of reading...

you really should search a bit cause this stuff has been cover tons and tons of times!

I have an extra 260 from an 535 i'm looking to unload, but shipping would kill the deal.

If you weren't in Canada it would only cost about $65 with UPS ground to ship a transmission. I shipped a 4HP22 for a little more than that and it was 110lbs!

Edit: If you decide to ship let me know, I need a transmission for a 335i I'm building for a friend.
