    Engine flooding!!! Please help

my 91 318i keeps flooding cylinder Four (maybe its cylinder one)

the cylinder nearest the fire wall keeps flooding when i try to start the car

it wont start but it cranks... could it be a cracked injector???

some guy said it could be the cold start valve but pelicanparts only shows one up to 86...

maybe someone has had this problem... i dont know what to do...

it just dumps fuel into cylinder four and runs really "choppy"
i get spark but keep wet fouling the plug...

If fuel is spraying into the cylinder the injector must be stuck open, could be the injector itself or a short to ground in the wiring harness try pulling the connector off at the injector, with the fuel pump relay pulled and cranking the engine you should get a pulsating ground on one pin and 12v on the other

dude, you're going to kill the rings in that cylinder if you keep dumping fuel into it. I'd replace the injector.

        injector size???

        thanks guys...

i got one more question... im gonna replace all four injectors while the intake manifold is off...

whats the stock injector flow rate???

i found some 24 lbs injectors for a little over a hundred bucks but i dont know if that is stock or an improvement...

if anyone can recommend what size injectors to put in, that would be great..

the car has a k&n cold air intake, and is chipped... what would be my best bet for i little more power???

I'm pretty sure 19s are standard. I've heard of slight improvements with larger ones.
