e30 m42 electric fan conversion

hello, im looking to do a electric fan conversion on my 1991 318i m42. im wondering what do i need to do this. the previous owner has already done this but it turned out terrible, so im trying to start all over on the conversion.
ive looked online for conversion kits but no luck. i know the e36 has a kit, you think if i have a pro install this, would it work? if not, im looking for a list of parts i need to do this conversion.
Any help would be nice

Are you running air conditioning?

I was able to use a 16" SPAL Pusher fan (30101517) without AC.

I installed a 16 inch Spal Puller fan using this write up. https://www.r3vlimited.com/board/for...ric-fan-wiring

I installed it on an M20 Engine rather than the M42 that you have.

Currently, i have ac but does not work at the moment.
