Interesting, I need to take this white 318is down to Mooresville or Farmington sometime. Curious how it does against a 325i.

No its a mid 20 year old who knows alot about E30, I think he has the 2.93 rear end. But I beat him pretty bad considering I had 2 extra passenger with me. I also eat up v6 S10's. And was right next to an acura rsx.

Maybe it's all the aerodynamically dented body panels on your car.

This one time, at band camp....

Seriously. A 138hp (when new) M42 with two extra passengers would be slower than a chair. Either start posting some time slips or it didn't happen.

I ran a 16.9 but it definitely was not stock. Dyno'd 136 to the rear wheels as well. Almost m20 territory (bone stock).

The m20 you ran was either bone stock, or he didn't know how to drive it. Don't get me wrong... I LOVE the m42 in my 318is and would never ditch it. I drive it much more often than my 325i coupe. And now with the turbo on it... even more fun. HOPING for mid 14's in the 1/4 mile now.
