    What is this thing that's next to the MAF sensor?



    EDIT:

    Ok, thanks for those who figured it's a purge valve! But is it actually needed to run? IE will the computer freak out if i leave it in atmosphere? Thank you!

    Looks like a purge valve for the charcoal canister. Goes between the intake manifold and charcoal canister.

          Thanks, is it actually needed to run though? In my other car i've deleted my canister, donno if it'll freak out this device or something though.
