You might also want to change your Profile gasket, valve cover gasket while you're in
          there.

          Takes time and patience.

Do you know if the ARP studs are reusable? I heard that they are.

Oh wow, they want 214 for the ARP's instead of 13$ for the stockers. Nevermind, not yet.

The new head bolts appear to be torx and the tool is 64$ anyone know where to get that cheaper?

Just get a set of E-Torx by Lisle, they are every bit as good as my set of Mac.

Should run about $30 for a set of 6 or so.

MAKE SURE you don't lose the washers for the head bolts!

Should I actually use the head gasket sealing compound? I've never heard of it before, but I've never done a head gasket before.

NO! Bone dry, including sucking all the water out of the nooks and crannies.

If this is something you have never done before, read. Read LOTS and then read it again...and then tear it apart. Don't be afraid to ask R3V for an experienced hand to come help, even the biggest douches we have to offer will still come running to help at the drop of a wrench.

                              So! Got to here:

Next I'm gonna go to harbor freight and get some kind of socket for the head bolts, take off the header, detension the chain, and I should be good to go, since I marked them with some nail polish:

And I'm planning on holding the cams in place like this:

Anyone know a shop in Phoenix that'll magnaflux and maybe flat a head?

                              Thanks!
