Well.... dropped my fan from my e30 on the ground when taking the engine apart and broke a blade off.... Should I invest in an electric fan? Is it worth it, or should I just find myself a new fan and save that money for turbo set-up?

Electric or mechanical? And yes, most likely. Are all the fans the same? (mechanical)sigpic

If you are going to turbo it, I would get a good electric pusher or just stick with the clutch fan with a new fan clutch.
