    Electric fan?

Well.... dropped my fan from my e30 on the ground when taking the engine apart and broke a blade off.... Should I invest in an electric fan? Is it worth it, or should I just find myself a new fan and save that money for turbo set-up?

Electric or mechanical? And yes, most likely. Are all the fans the same? (mechanical)

If you are going to turbo it, I would get a good electric pusher or just stick with the clutch fan with a new fan clutch.

          EDIT.

The M20 fan blade is 10mm diameter larger than the M42. Will it fit, I don't know. However I do have an M42 fan blade in good shape I'll sell you for $25 shipped.

May be interested. But ill4noreason lives within 10 minutes of me, so i'll check him out first. If not I will be in touch with you.... And I think I will put the electric pusher into parts I will buy with my turbo build... That will be like a second christmas for me.
