bad Mass Air Flow Sensor?

Can a faulty Mass Air Flow Sensor cause random up and down idle problem without throwing cel??


Most of the time getting up and down idle problem is if I tap gas to the point where it seem to stall out.

Yes it's possible, also check and clean your icv. Make sure you don't have any air leaks. I just had a similar problem And it turned out to be the fuel pump.
