How do my Cam sprockets look?

Well, that is just the question. How bad are the teeth on my cams? How vital is it for these teeth to be square? In my opinion, they look pretty damn pointy. Should i seriously consider new sprockets? Let me know your 2 cents.

          Like a motorcycle drive chain..
recommended to replace chain along with sprockets.
          (and guides)
          (and gaskets/seals of course)

Check the guides for wear before you order new ones. They're really expensive.

Guides on my 136K mi. m42 that showed any wear were the lower one and (of course) the tensioner guide.
              Then there's the long/updated nylon/plastic guide..
The logic that goes through my head is that with gears worn like that - then it's likely the whole timing system should be refreshed (chain/all sprockets/tensioner/all guides).
Guides become brittle with heat cycles - and break apart into oil/circulation system.
It'd be a shame to go through all the work and money to replace the chain and sprockets - only to have a guide fail shortly thereafter.
And yeah - I just looked at what I recently spent on all guides.. it's not like any one of them is terribly expensive - but they do totally fuckin add up.
